Refund policy
At Velopreme, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because every poster is made to order, we keep returns simple and fair.
This policy explains when you can return, replace, or get a refund, and how to start the process.
1) Damaged, Misprinted or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

A short description of the issue

Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Resolution: We will replace the item free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.
In approved cases, we cover all return or re-shipment costs.
2) Change of Mind (Returns)
If you simply change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:

The item must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

The customer covers return shipping and is responsible for the item until it reaches us (tracked shipping is recommended).

Please do not send anything back before we confirm your return — unannounced returns may be refused.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
3) How to Start a Return or Claim

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos where relevant.
We will reply with return instructions and the correct shipping address.
(Please do not send items to any address not provided by us in writing.)
To avoid damage in transit, return the item in its original packaging (tube/box and protective sleeves).
Refunds may be reduced or declined if items arrive used, marked, or damaged due to poor packaging.
